Wow….how time flies…it is our 10th visit already!
Finally Kelvin managed to join us for the check-up. As most of out visits are scheduled during the weekdays, he can hardly applied for time-off or leave just to accompany us.
At this last visit, he was surprised at how fast Lil’ One has grown..yesh…Lil’ One has put on another 400gm and that made him a 2.3 kg (although we still considered him small), as compared to the 9th visit ~ which he weighs only a mere 1.9 kg. According to doc, he is doing well (above avg) and everything looks fine for now. The best part of it all is that I managed to mantain my weight..how is that possible…*scratching my head*..I am still sceptical if Lil’ One’s current weight is for real…
While at this visit, I also did a Group B test (swob test) to see if there is any bacteria infection. I shall not elaborate further about the test…well, just received the lab test result on wednesday and glad to hear from Nora that all is well.
My next goal, is to put another 400 – 500gm on him hahaha…dunoe how…but just trying my best to take as much proteins, carbo and calcium to build up his masses…(as I am typing this he is moving and kicking away…sign of protesting..? He want to be slim? hahaha..)
Next appointment ~ 6th Dec 2006 (Sat), till then lots of eating up to do (healthily ones I hope) …hehehe…

Oh…dat means u are put on antibiotic? or any topical ointment?
The Group B thingy ah..I read from Internet that…uring pregnancy the mummy do the screening…doesn’t mean they won’t get it during labour or prior to labour…leh…*touch wood*…choy! choy! choy! *sigh*…做生孩子的女人真可怜…
So I am still keeping my fingers, hands, legs…toes…crossed real tight!

oh..dont worry..u b ok…My gynae din really talk about it at all when i was tested positive..guess mayb my condition nt tat serious?? I only became aware of it when I was in labour..nurses super kan cheong over it…put on anti-biotic drip lo…bt they really gd la…those KK nurses..unlike those i heard…many came to jia you me as I am recognized as the one who has long labour..haaaa

Oh..I just read up on Group B infection..its ok for the mother..but not the bb…cos…if kena during labour, the bb may get pneumonia and other stuff..very dangerous for bb., dat explains why the nurses at KK was kan cheong..
U know why they come and jia you for u…cos…they short of beds…lah…cant wait for u to discharge lah…hahahaha….just joking…I guess…they see u so xin ku…n already tired out…but u have ao guo ler…now is my turn…and dunoe…what is going to happen…apprehensive…leh..but dun really wish to think so much…just let nature takes its course bah…wish me gd luck…

U will be fine la..i survived my 30 plus hr rite…some say will b traumatised after that..but i ok ley….haaaa….they see i kena this and tat…so pity me la..haaa….u will b fine…rem to inform me the moment u go into labour..give kel my number!
